HOW TO CLAIM BACK YOUR MONEY:

1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased Kuna products from www.kunaskin.com.

2. Before asking for a refund, you must have trialed our products for at least 70 days from date of purchase, but for no more than 90 days.

3. Email a customer care representative at info@kunaskin.com a blank email with the subject header "90 Day Money-Back Guarantee" sharing your review, 3 'evidence photos' and money-back request, and we will review your application.

4. Photographic evidence MUST have valid time and date stamps.

5. If approved, return the product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.

6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. Real postage costs for the sending and return of our products are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.

7. Once returned, our product's purchase price will be refunded to you. Please allow up to 4 business days for the return to be processed, once it has arrived at our warehouse.

 

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

NOTE TO CUSTOMERS:

The greatest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time.

For those who are not consistent with their treatments, their results will reflect this. We cannot control how often you use your device or how the device is used.

Please ensure that the detailed User Guide is thoroughly read and understood. If the device has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved.

We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Postage costs and the process of sending the handset back to us (once approved by our Results team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded.

We advise to return the device via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.
